Acceleration on Xim Apex?
« on: 04:59 PM - 04/19/22 »
(Btw this is the first time ive used the Xim Forums) Ive always wanted to ask this question but why does my sensitivity feel faster than before? I have Vanilla Curve, Same DPI and this happened months ago. On BO4 where my ADS was 14 and felt aim assist lock on (DEFAULT SYNC) but I think I updated my firmware then played and felt much faster and had to lower it to 11 or 10. A friend who is really good on Xim claims he plays on 12k DPI and that something is wrong with my setup or Xim because when I play on 12k DPI and use the same settings as his,it doesnt feel steady and feels way too fast. On 12k dpi I run 10 Hip and 3.05 ADs OFFSYNC, I use my arm and wrist to aim. Is there something wrong with my Xim? This happens to all my mice btw even with the same dpi and I have PC mouse acceleration turned off.

This happened to me aswell on some of the games i used to play, It could be that the game's look mechanic has been changed, therefore it feels and looks faster than it used to be.

I thought that as well but I doubt that since my friend has a xim apex too with the same manager and firmware version as well but can handle high dpi with high xim sensitivity values but for me its too fast and not steady, feels accelerated and no aim assist aimlock feeling.
