Nexus Manager PC - Laggy/Disconnects

yes my controller will not stay connected to the manager unless I use your cable you provided which is kinda short, won't work with another cable, won't stay connected anyway. and what do you mean Manager only works wirelessly? im plugged directly into my pc. and it comes up.

Manager always connects through Bluetooth LE. Are you using the Adapter that come with your XIM too?

no i disconnected the adapter to avoid crosstalk, is there a benefit to using the adapter?

Yes it will likely fix the disconnects because it sounds like your Bluetooth radio in your computer can't handle all the wireless traffic on its single radio.
