Ok. If you are using Custom aim then the dead zone you see in Calibration applies. If the dot is in that circle (for will be red), that means no input is coming from that stick (it's zero).

Yeah basically the dot appears red but in game it still shows drift despite it being red, Iíve lowered the inner deadzone and it will drift but once I change it to a higher one it eliminates the drift period, the only game where I am constantly drifting is in Paladins Iíve noted it as the in game settings show minimum deadzone and I canít find a way to mitigate it, as for Apex Legends the drift only happens once in a blue moon after extensive testing

How small do you have the deadzone when it drifts? Is it at the default 5750?

I believe my inner deadzone prior was around 3000ish but after putting it at 4225 it stopped the drift for Apex Legends

3000 is really low. Was the dot right on the edge of the deadline when it was drifting? If so, the visualization may be off a little if the dot was still showing red. I highly recommend keeping the deadzone higher since 3000 is really pushing it to the limit.

Yeah it was right on the edge and it showed red but in game there was still movement visual, Iím just going to put the inner deadzones back to default and leave it at that.

Ok, sounds like our visualization is off a little. Yes, 3000 is way to low. But, some may prefer this (and actually are ok with a little drift). I wouldn't recommend it though.

Yeah I have the same problem just decided to use big enough inner deadzone that the red dot rests inside
