[ACTIVE] XIM4 cutting out/disconnecting. (PLEASE HELP!)  (Read 42 times)

I recently got a XIM4 and I've been using it to play Rainbow Six Siege. Every 5-10 minutes it cuts out/disconnects as in the mouse and keyboard no longer can move, nor the controller. When I look on the manager app it says everything is still plugged in, im really confused can someone please help me.

Welcome to the community. Updating XIM4's firmware and Manager to verify the latest controller support is used is a good place to start. This is a manual update that uses a PC or Mac.

After this, if you're on PS4 the next thing to check is if the console communication method set to USB instead of bluetooth. This is required if the controller supports it.

Settings > Devices > Controllers > Communication Method
