Xim Apex Manager Problem (Please Help)

Hello friends,

I never had any problem with my Xim..until today
I used my apex xim for the first time for Remote play (pc-ps5).

I don't know why I can't log into Xim Apex Manager.
I have Bluetooth turned on. I've tried everything.
I already uninstalled the application and installed it again (data and cache cleaning).
I've even tested it on another android phone, same problem.
I have the latest Firmware version (20211012).
I've also done Factory Reset. Nothing works.
Xim Apex's Bluetooth appears in the bluetooth list.

Tested on Xim Apex Manager PC, same problem, does not connect.

It turns on the keyboard and mouse (lights).
I've tried to connect only the Xim (without the hub) same problem. I can't log into the Manager (Android & PC) :(

Can someone help me?
