[ACTIVE] Unresponsive keyboard and mouse

I have a problem with my apex xim, I turn it on my xbox series S console. It turns on normally turn on all the lights, after that I connect the mouse, keyboard and joystick, they all light up normally too. It turns out that after that I click on the keyboard and mouse but I have no answer, I did everything. I connected the xim on the PC to update it and the PC does not recognize the Xim, is there any kind of technical assistance xim ?

I connect my Xim to the PC by holding the button, it turns blue but the PC does not recognize. I get the following message.  "Device the USB not recognized. the last device connected to this computer malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it."

Welcome to the community. Using APEX in another port on the PC, preferably a USB 2.0 port may help. Restarting the PC in safe mode has helped others as well. If these suggestions do not help then testing another PC is the next step.
