[ACTIVE] Updated Xim now having issues

Ok so I updated my lastnight.  I use my controller in my left hand and a mouse in my right. so when I use the comtroller stick to walk if I move the mouse at all I will completely stop walking. also if I scope in then move the mouse it will unscope me.

Welcome to the community. This hasn't been reported before. Does it help to set Simulate Analog Behavior to off in your config's Movement section?

Does it help to use a newly created config without making changes?

Thanks for the reply. I have created a new configuration, swapped controllers and used a new usb cable and it did not fix the issue.

 I do not see stimulate analog behavior anywhere.

Go to Global Settings in XIM APEX Manager. Enable Expert configuration mode. Edit your config.

You also need to use matching versions of XIM APEX Manager and XIM APEX firmware. If the version of one or the other is too old, you won't see the SAB option. Install the latest beta versions of both.

Ok so I turned off analog stimulation and it hasnít fixed it.

Does this happen if using a keyboard instead?

Also, could you please share your setup so we can learn more about the issue? Please include both the brand and model.

 Iíve never used a keyboard. I have a spare mouse, Itís a Razr Naga Trinity I swapped to that one and still didnít fix my issue. Everything has been working fine until the update.

Ok so I updated my lastnight. 

What was updated? APEX's firmware, the controller firmware using the console, APEX Manager's game support?

Also, do you have a keyboard that you can test instead of using the controller for movement?

I updated the XIM Apex. I do not have a keyboard at the moment but Iíll see if I can get one.

In this case I recommend trying to factory reset without restoring from a backup after the reset. After the reset create a new config without pasting code then check for the issue.

I have done a factory reset about 4 times already. I got ahold of a keyboard and the issue is not there. I really enjoy using the controller and would prefer fixing the issue!

Thanks for taking the time to test that. It looks like:

- Two controllers have been tested
- Multiple cables have been tested with the controller
- A factory reset has been done
- A new config has been tested
- The problem happens when using the controller for player movement
- The problem does not happen when using a keyboard for movement

Using another port on the hub or using another hub are other steps that may help. I'm not sure what to recommend after these steps, this is the first time I've seen a report like this. Do you know if your controller firmware was updated while attached to APEX?
