Can the XIM wirelessly output to the Xbox or does it need to be plugged into the console?

I keep my consoles in a different room and use some HDMI splitters/matrices to send the audio/video signal.

Needs to be plugged into xbox however you can use wireless peripherals =D

Im not sure about that tbh, for some people the PS5 controller works through Remote Play but for other users it doesnt. Its probably a combination of using the latest XIM Firmware, PS5 controller firmware and Sony Remote Play firmware. Also there seem to be differences between Windows and Mac users.
