Xim apex latest update help

I bought a new xim apex and when I wanted to update my apex to the last firmware update I couldn’t , i went to forum>xim apex>download and then I clicked on the latest firmware which was on 20203007 but every time I click on the link it doesn’t open a new page, the only option i had is to force the download by saving it on my desktop, but im afraid to do that because i saw a message that saying this file is not trusted and can harm my computer

Right click on it and use Save As.

Yes i did that but then i saw a notice that saying this file can harm my pc if i download it .. is it safe to continue doing that

Sorry for the misunderstanding. If you are downloading from is then it's safe. It's signed so I don't know why it's saying that, but it may be saying that for any executable that's downloaded from the web (as opposed to the MS store).
