How do I do a factory reset?
I have lost the ability to connect to my XIM4.

Could you share the error message? Does your XIM4 work in a game without using Manager?

A factory reset can be done using a firmware flash tool but this may not be needed. If it's something you would like to do anyway there are instructions are on the flash tool download page.

The  Xim works fine…..I just cannot access any of the settings.

In this case does your XIM4 have a config that supports Siege's aim type named Updated? If so this is fixed by using the beta firmware and beta Manager.
