[ACTIVE] cant setup apex xim

when i follow the steps of the strat up video instead of my light flashing and turning green it goes straight to white i tried it without anything attached and it did the same, i tried toreset it but it couldnt connect and stayed white when plugged into my computer

Welcome to the community. Did this just start happening, or, is this while you are trying to set up a new XIM APEX? It sounds like you may need to Factory Reset your XIM APEX. If you do that, I recommend flashing our latest Beta: http://xim.tech/beta

sorry i have tried factory resetting it but it wont turn blue when i plug it into my computer either ,and it is a new one

Are you holding down the button on your XIM APEX while plugging it into your computer (not letting the button go until after it's plugged in)?
