Can anyone recommend a series x headset?
« on: 04:51 PM - 10/02/21 »
Morning. Just got me a series x. Am still trying to figure out what headsets to go for? Would prefer wireless where I can also charge and play at the same time. All help much appreciated thanks

Iím using an Xbox Wireless Headset. Immersive bass and positional sound cues are decent. Sound in general is a little muddy, but itís a closed-back headset so not surprising really.

Itís quite good for a cheap wireless headset.

Iím patiently waiting for Creative to bring out a successor to the X7.

Xbox Wireless Headset.

Can I charge and play? Whatís voice chat like too? Does your voice echo in party chats or sound metallic?

Yes, you can charge and play. Voice chatís pretty good. Thereís loads of reviews online. IGNs is the most balanced and the one that influenced my buying decision the most, as well.

stealth 600s are wireless and charge while you play. tonssss of battery life. my fav feature by far though is two volume wheels on headset- one for game chat, one for party...so you can manually adjust this on the fly without going into game/xbox settings!

If you want extra bells and whistles, go for a wireless steel series or Astro but if you want the best audio quality, with the least delay, get some solid earbuds and plug them into the controller. This will always be best quality.

Then I'd rather buy a headset for 50-70 bucks and connect it to the controller than earbuds.
