Hello, I have recently been given a xim apex from my friend. When I go to connect to it gives me a red screen and says “connect” I constantly try to connect it but never works. When I go into a game it is his settings and I can’t customize to be my own. Is there anyway he can clear his data so I can put mine in? Thanks.

Hey,
please press the p button on the XIM while your phone has bluetooth active and the manager is searching for the XIM.
If that doesnt work please fully powercycle your phone, that usually solves bluetooth pairing issues.
