Thanks for sharing this, it was a really good starting point, but I had some minor tweaks.
My settings:
250Hz in Xim app
12000 dpi with 250Hz mouse

PubG ST
Hip: 15, Sync: OFF, Custom ballistic curve for precise aim AND fast 180 turns when zombies are behind you. Pasted the curve at the bottom.
ADS: 3.5, Sync: OFF

In-game settings:
Horizontal and Vert Sens: 100
Deadzones I had to decrease to 0.1 since 0.2 and above felt sticky trying to snipe
Aim-assist: ON, value of 30
ADS Low Zoom Multiplier: 0.4
ADS High Zoom Multiplier: 0.2
ADS Target snapping: OFF, this one was the biggest pain for me! Highly recommend you keep this off since ADS speeds are so slow in this game on non-upgraded gun...hurts more than helps!

Hey glad you tried them out, I’m trying your configuration but I just had one question?
Do I add the ballistic curve to the ADS as well?
