Wii board question
« on: 02:30 AM - 10/12/21 »
Has anyone ever tried using a wii board as an extra form of control? Was reading up somewhere wasnt sure if it works with the xim? I play alot of pubg and wondered as the abiluty to add extra feet controls be so good. Could it work? If not do any foot buttons work well with the xim apex?

USB foot pedals work with XIM APEX, including Frag Pedals, Stinky Board, Scythe pedals and generic USB pedals you'll find on Amazon.

Wii Board won't work.

Having a look online regarding foot pedal as its new to me but the ability ti assign extra buttons to be used by your feet would be OP. Could movement keys be added to strafe left and righ etc? All whilst still having use of a blue tooth connected sony nav and a mouse?
Would these pedals work?

It should be compatible given the device works on Windows, Mac and Linux (which implies driverless USB HID compliance).

Foot pedals aren't great for responsive actions like ADS, Crouch or strafing. They're best assigned to secondary tasks like D-pad directions, Reload, Sprint etc. Melee is iffy.
