It means the cable is likely bad (or, a charge-only cable).

I mean then maybe this will be the problem because I bought a Venom battery cap and it had the USB C cable which I think is written as a charging cable then this could be the problem?

All USBC cables can charge. You just need one that is data too.

I brought this one for my XSX. It works perfectly. Ugreen make a standard version of the cable, as well.
