Power issues??

Im a bit confused even have the adapter for the xim yet lately keyboard still disconnects frequently can i crank up the volts on the adaptor or will i risk frying it?? The adaptor is set to 5v

Try a different powered USB Hub.

Increase V damage your devices, lack of current (mA) = malfunctions hence try a better power supply.

Yes, do not raise the voltage of the power adapter connected to the APEX hub. Multiple people have done this and have damaged their devices. What's your setup and is it just your keyboard that is disconnecting?
