What settings is everyone using this weekend for Call Of Duty Vanguard Beta on the Playstation this weekend?

You should use the CoD: Modern Warfare ST (PS4), because the game is based on the Modern Warfare engine. (Link: https://charlieintel.com/cod-vanguard-to-run-on-modern-warfare-warzone-engine/124387/)

Alternatively, you can try CoD: World War II ST (PS4), as that was the last game Sledgehammer Games developed.

I suspect, therefore, that you can get good results quickly with either ST at first. However, I will personally try the MW ST first.

This is weird, I’m unable to access Vangard when I press X but it works on other prompts. And it works with a regular PS5 controller just not the XIM. But before I noticed this it would let me access with the XIM plugged in. This doesn’t look so good. Waiting for the Alpha to start.

This was discussed earlier this week as well, its possible that this game only works with Dualsense as some games on PS5 appear to work this way. Others have said going down the Remote Play road will work though, although I am not a playstation user so I cannot comment on possible input latency added onto this.

No 3rd party devices work with Vanguard on PS5, Dualsense & native KB/M only.

Not with the PS5 version, no. If you download the PS4 version on PS5 you can use the XIM.

How do you download PS4 version on a PS5?

Highlight Vanguard PS5 beta > Press "options" > select "Game Version" > Select PS4:  "Play" will change to "Download"

Best move : migrate on xbox series X = 1440p 120fps vrr activated and xim apex full compatible
also for fps it's the best platform with a pc display.

best move ?? just plug your keyboard & mouse directly on the ps5 ... no need xim apex to play with keyboard & mouse on Vanguard ....

it will be the same with battlefield


before, we used xim devices to use keyboard & mouse on console

no need now, we can plug directly keyboard & mouse directly to the ps5 and play FPS games as COD or BF

xim is dead now, its a useless device now

If I want to play with aim assist (with precision shoot), I need the xim plugged in, xim is not really dead lol.

And yes I play with a mouse and a razer tartarus.
