Now that the game is on Game Pass I expect it to gain more popularity because it's actually a ton of fun, designed and executed well, and doesn't have any predatory microtransaction nonsense that's becoming so hard to avoid these days. I would also love to get an official ST for it.
For anyone that's a fan of the Weyland-Yutani universe, I definitely recommend checking out this game. There's loads of easter eggs a fan content scattered throughout. Just like Alien Isolation really captured the vibe of Alien, Fireteam Elite feels like it throws you right into a scene from Aliens.
