Controller / mouse combo

Does anyone know how to make the right side of my controller not work anymore. I use the left side of my controller and my mouse to play  I would like to aim with just my mouse and have the right analog stick stale because I have stick drift on the right side.

The authentication controller is unaffected by any settings you change on your XIM. So if you've got stick drift on your authentication controller, I'd suggest fixing the stick drift or using a different controller.
