XIM APEX WITH PS4 CONTROLLER?

Since the PS5 controller is more complex would it be possible to get  the Apex working with the ps4 controller since  the old controller is also recognized by the new console?

DualShock 4 only works for PS4 games, with or without XIM APEX. There’s no way around that.
