Unbind right click from left trigger on the hip tab. Go to the ADS tab and uncheck inherit. Bind right click to left trigger here. This is known as Decret hip leak fix. Because ADS sens in game is technically 10 times more than hip sens, without this fix you will occasionally have problems aiming down sight.

Add 100 ms deactivation delay on the ADS tab so when you go back to hip the 10x sens don't interfere.

ALC or no ALC??

Turn it off after adding the sight multipliers. Also you don't have to put everything at 0. Once the ALC is off the only thing that stays is the sights sens.

Thank you for your help. You change the setting in the video ... Which are the right ones?

What do you play with?

@Scurgo I didn't change anything In that video. You have to turn on ALC to go the optics then turn it off to go back to Classic settings.

In the range this feels identical too but I haven't tried it in game to see if you get that op aim assist from multiplying off low Classic settings sens. Same optic settings of course.

I have tried alot of settings on here and these are the best I have used. It seems like not using the ALC gives me better movement and  AA. Just won two games with this on PC. Would lowering the controller look sensitivity be good? This seems to work fine with st 4.3.
