No update yet, PS5 works through the speciality controllers though.
XIM Devs are waiting for the first officially licensed PS5 third party controllers to come out as those could share more light on the whole matter. So far no company has announced such a controller so it may take a few more months before there will be any progress. Until then just use the speciality controller solution.
