Is there anyone can tell me if it is open?. It still says "Put me on the waiting list"!

It isn't open right now.  That waiting list is for the official release.

I release a tutorial on how to continually monitor the text "Out of Stock" and get an email notification about it.  Please refer to that if you want reliable updates.

It opened at 12:01PM (eastern time) and closed at 12:25PM.

Once they fix the issues that showed up today, they will likely have another release this week, maybe even tomorrow.  Setup notifications using the tutorial i posted...Then just check emails, or forward it to your SMS.
