Hi, when i connect everything together its not working. I found out that the Hub is broken. Got it yesterday. Can I get a refund?

Welcome to the community and I'm sorry to hear about that. If there's a problem we can definitely help with that. Often the hub is working but there is something in the setup blocking peripheral passthrough from working. Do your peripherals work if the hub is connected to a PC instead of XIM?
