I can not connect my xb1 controller to xim4

I am a new user here and purchase my xim4  2 days ago
I watch all the video ,and i make all the steps corectly,but still won't work,my xim4 not see the controller in aplication manager on the phone!!
I have Manager/ Firmware 20160405
Please help!!
