All pc links do not work... Entire PC freezes when plugging in device with the m/k/controller. 5000 computer well enough power. Poorly explained instructions. Videos help none. I just wasted 116 bucks. Glad there is a return policy ill most likely be going with Cronus Zen if i cant get this situated. Zero support thus far in discord. Already poor customer service. Why open and provide a discord if no one responds or helps?

Well thanks Xim staff for helping mak my choice for me. I will be returning this product.

You have to right click a link and go with the "save target as" option if your adblocker or anti-virus blocks the pop-up.
To update your XIM firmware the mouse and keyboard have to be removed from the device.
The discord is not part of the XIM company but community driven, not a single XIM employee is on that discord.
