[RESOLVED] Kb/m doesn't works

Mouse: zowie s2
Keyboard: TEAC (regular cheap kb)
App version: 5.00.20190719

It happens once or twice a month, sometimes when I just turned on the xbox and sometimes suddenly it doesnt works, In XIM APEX App its show that everything is works and registered and XIM is flashing when i using the kb and mouse.. When I take the xim hub out and put in it works well
Why does it happen?  Can be fixed?

Welcome to the community. Is XIM connected before the Xbox is on? XIM expects that the console is on and ready when it's connected, sometimes hiccups like this happen if connected before startup.

Yes, it is connected before i turn on the xbox. I never take it out

If you plug it in after your console has started up, does this happen?

Can't 100% tell you right now.. It happened randomaly.. As it now it doesn't make problems

That's good to hear, if it happens again with XIM connected after the console has reached the home menu please let us know.
