Welcome to the community. PC isn't an officially supported platform. You should use Xbox One as the platform if you are running on a PC.

I use the Xbox One configs for PC. Works better than using it on Xbox. It's like PC has a better registry.

Frame rates are uncap, and V-Sync is turned off, yeah I does feel great than on XB or PS.
