Wireless mouse not supported
« on: 10:26 AM - 02/18/21 »
Hello everyone KurC

I have a ROG Gladius II Wireless and the mouse does not work on wireless mode.

Are you guys releasing any firmware update soon? If so could you add support to it?

The mouse does not require any special drivers, since I can use it on my pc and android box without problems.

Cheer.  :)

Welcome to the community. Unfortunately I'm not aware of upcoming hardware support additions but normally when a device isn't working it may need special drivers or software. In this case the device may be doing something that is not standard. A few suggestions are to try connecting it after XIM has finished starting, swap the mouse and keyboard cable positions at the hub, look for a bios or compatibility mode supported by the keyboard, update or downgrade the keyboard firmware.
