I did everything you said, I restarted my console by clearing the cache, I changed cables, try to change the configuration of the xim, I tried again to change the ghz and I changed the controller  but nothing helps.  the bug is from the xim and i don't understand how to fix it.

I'm sorry, it's not clear why that is. Chat passthrough is normally pretty plug and play. Do you have other headsets or earbuds that include a mic that can be tested with APEX? Knowing if it happens with basic equipment could help. Audio hiccups are sometimes common with some console branded gaming headsets according amazon reviews.

I tried with a different headset than my base headset which is a hyper x cloud 2, which is a turtle beach (I no longer have the headset reference) and it still causes this bug with the other headset.  i tried everything i just think the bug is from the xim

There's issue report with this headset and this person actually has a turtle beach headset as well experiencing the same problem. They don't have the problem using earbuds with a mic. Do you have a non-gaming audio accessory that can be checked?

 i also tried with phone earbuds but the noises are still there.

We can check for that, could you like to take a log using APEX at 125hz? Seeing how XIM is behaving after it happens could help. The link below contains instructions on how to capture the log. Be sure to have the log window open while gaming. After the issue occurs please share the last 20-30 lines of the log in your message here. Note the instructions are the same for both XIM4 and XIM Apex.
