[RESOLVED] XIM 4 autofire mode on issue

Hi everyone,
I'm Dave from Italy, I really like the XIM4, it's an awesome device, I got it in 2014 and I never had a problem with it.
But today, there's a 'but', my XIM 4 is every time in shooting mode in any game, I can't stop the fire event, and I've also tried with another mouse, same issue.

I have a Logitech G502 HERO, the mouse works well on my mac, no problem with that.
I've installed the latest firmware version XIM4Flash-20200203-Mac.zip, but nothing has changed. Has anyone else struggled with that issue?

Someone can help me?

Welcome to the community. That's odd, if you assign fire to a keyboard key, does it stop?

Hi, I've solved changing any MicroUSB cable, the problem was the main cable (the problem was the cable from the PS4 to the XIM4), thank you and have a nice day.
