My xbox series 2 controller is not being recognized on my xim manager. My series 1 controller worked fine but this one is not. Can someone help me set this up please.

Hey,

did you already update your XIM Firmware to the one that supports the Xbox Series X? If so did you try a different controller cable?

I have the same issue, my Xbox Series X controller rarely authenticates, or is recognized.  The Xbox icon never shows up in Xim Manager.

I have an Xbox One controller that works fine.

I'm using the Beta firmware on the XIM, and my console and Controllers all have the latest Xbox updates.

Are users still experiencing problems with Xbox Series X controller being recognized? I just purchased the Xim Apex. I have owned all the previous Xim devices.

There is a new Xbox series x controller firmware update (version 5.7.2688.0), this may fix things.
