Short answer - use Discord on PC for voice comms with your team-mates on Xbox. Have them do the same. You can feed Discord chat into OBS, which is what most streamers do.
The alternative is to connect the mic to Xbox and duplicate that onto PC by using a mic cable splitter. It's far more complicated though and the solution depends on your specific gear.
