[ACTIVE] Xim4 problems

Hello. When I plug my xim4 in my ps4 pro, with the controller and mouse and keyboard at the good emplacement,
The keyboard and the mouse are powered, but nothing happens when I click on the keyboard or mouse even in game.
I don't know what to do, I really want this to work, please help.

Welcome to the community. Updating the firmware and verifying the communication method can resolve this kind of issue.

Is the console communication method set to USB instead of bluetooth? This is required if the controller supports it.

Settings > Devices > Controllers > Communication Method
