Joy-con controller randomly loses control and loses connect

I use joy-con as a left-hand controller, but I often encounter uncontrolled or disconnected problems in use.
I have tried using another joy-con controllers for testing, and it will encounter the same problem.
I am not sure if it is a compatibility issue or there is a problem with my xim apex, but there is no problem when I use sony nav, so I think my xim apex is ok.
I want to know if anyone else has the same problem as me?
Is there a solution?
I purchased a third-party joy-con handle and it is in transit. I will test it after delivery.
If someone is using a third-party joy-con handle, please tell me the test situation. If you encounter the same problem, I can return the third-party joy-con handle I purchased as soon as possible.

I tried the Joy-con and after a day or two of trying to use it I put it back in the box and returned it... Cheaply made piece of junk.  Yes it randomly loses connection and the quality of the thumb stick is nowhere near the Sony Nav.

Curious, do you prefer the Joy-con over the Nav?
