[ACTIVE] i have a problem with the xim

I have the xim with the latest update for xbox series s/x but when I play after a couple of minutes the xim starts flashing purple and my xbox turns off, what can I do?
As peripherals I have, xbox series s/x controller, muose razer dethadder, keyboard razer ornata chrome , headset razer kraken pro

are you using the latest XIM firmware which adds Xbox Series X/S support already?

Does turning audio compatibility mode on help? If it doesn't could you please try setting APEX to 125hz, save, then reconnect APEX to the console? There's one Xbox related issue that pops up with some setups that these two steps could help with.

the audio compatibility mode is on, and now I'm trying to use it with 125hz

Do you still have an xbox one? If so can you please check if this controller works with XIM and that console now?

Thanks for confirming. It would help to know if this is audio related. Does this happen if the headset is not connected to the controller after startup and isn't used while playing?

yes I use audio from the controller connected to the xim, I should use another controller???

Charging the controller battery or removing the battery can sometimes help with a stability issue like this. If charging, XIM and hub should be disconnected.

Could you share which console version you're using?

Sorry, there was misunderstanding. It would help to know if the issue happens when audio equipment is not connected at startup and is not connected later. To test for this you just have to reconnect APEX then never connect audio equipment.

Testing another controller could help rule out a controller related issue, it's less common but does happen. Testing other data cables with the controller should be tested before this step.

Earlier you mentioned the controller works while connected to XIM, it can connect wirelessly to the console while wired to XIM. Do you have a PC nearby? If so, does this controller work with a PC?
