I have a xim problem I need help

I recently purchased a xim apex (new) And I have a problem where it lets me play normally for about a minute and then my controller disconnects and I have to unplug and plug my xim back in to my console please help.

Try leaving the controller on charge (directly plugged into your console) for an hour or so, then try again.

Controller must be fully charged before you connect it to the xim, this could be the issue.

If u have a slightly dodgy usb controller cable this happens.

Replace the lead with a brand new one and dont fiddle with the controller and u should be good.

Could also be a power issue if your peripherals take too much power. Turn off all lights if on and consider buying a powered usb hub.
