[RESOLVED] Physically Broken Xim Apex

Hello,

 A couple days ago my Xim apex's USB port broke apart and now the Xim does not work at all. I have been a loyal Xim Apex user for almost 3 years now. I really do not have the money to buy a new Xim but are there any other options I have like sending it back to XIM Tech. and getting it fixed or replaced?
