[ACTIVE] Xbox controller not connecting to xim

I've tried multiple data cables multiple controllers and 2 different USB hubs... the fkin app even reads me having a controller plugged in and my XIM still wont work. I've legit tried everything. No one has a fix for this??

Can you please hard reboot your console (press and hold the console's power button until it shuts off) and let us know if anything changes?

ive tried that several times still
does work... my XIM is just broken i donít get it. It wonít even get detected by my PC.

Thanks for trying that. So, you are unable to update firmware? Your PC won't detect your XIM while it's in programming mode (using the tool located here: http://xim.tech/latest)?

Can you tell me what error you are seeing the flash tool saying? Also, did you buy your XIM from us?

I dont get an error message, it says everything is connected on the app ive tried multiple phones with diff apps and diff controllers etc. I bought my XIM from the XIM Apex user on amazon to get faster shipping. It was the verified xim store on amazon. I got it in february and it has worked perfectly ever since 2 weeks ago.

I mean the flash tool here: http://xim.tech/latest. Are you able to do a Factory Reset using this tool successfully on your XIM APEX?

As your XIM has worked in this identical setup for over 6 months and now it won't connect to anything (your PC doesn't see it and console won't connect to it), it sounds like the USB connector got damaged in some way. Do you recall your XIM being put under any physical stress or static shock at any point?
