Welcome to the community. Do you know if this joystick presents itself as a standard Direct Input joystick? Do you need to have special drivers to make it work on a PC?

I donít know if this joystick is a standard direct input joystick, But if the joystick is plugged into XIM APEX, Will it damage XIM APEX or XBOX one?

No worries about damage. These are USB devices and if one of them tried to draw too much power your console will shut down the USB port if your XIM didn't shut it down first.

Can you update us when you find out the answer?  I have an old Sidewinder Force Feedback 2 also and would like to use it with Flight Simulator 2020 if possible.  Thanks!
