[RESOLVED] Xim apex not working

hello i bought this xim like 6 months back used it for like 4 months and it suddenly stops giving power stops working its like completely useless now u cant do anything with it dosent get recognised or anything

Welcome to the community. Does APEX's light turn on? Also, about it not powering devices, could you try removing the hub and test peripherals directly with APEX? They shouldn't work in your game but they should at least power on and show a device icon at the top of Manager.

If this isn't working now it may help to verify the console is on the home menu or test APEX in other ports of the console. If using an extended cable try testing without it.

I have tried all these steps already from ppl it dosent work at all its like completely dead does nothing randomly stopped working one day
