I bought my xim apex three days ago it was working fine the next day suddenly the sensitivity was very slow I tried maxing it to 500 but it still seems slow and I tried rebooting it (update firmware) but its still the same thing.

Welcome to the community. Can you please verify the DPI of your mouse and also your in-game sensitivity?

It looks like you're not saving the DPI to the mouse's on-board memory. Check your mouse software on PC to check.

If your XIM sensitivity is very low, it's almost certainly your mouse DPI. If it was set to 3200 DPI in the mouse memory, the only way you'd be hitting above 400 XIM Sensitivity is with XIM APEX Response Rate set to 1000Hz and Sync to Off.

You can adjust mouse sensitivity by changing XIM APEX Response Rate to 125, 250 or 500Hz, and setting Sync to Default, Common or Slow. Be sure to unplug and replug XIM APEX after changing Response Rate.

Realistically, if any of these are done, your XIM Sensitivity shouldn't be above 100 and will more likely be closer to 25 to 30 when combining Response Rate with Sync.

What mouse are you using?

The mouse itself is fine. 3200 is a good DPI to use with XIM, you just need to either adjust the mouse DPI in on-board memory (your Sens values make it look like the mouse is set to 400 DPI) and/or change some other settings to reduce the XIM Sensitivity value.
