hi, I'm new here so sorry for the silly questions.

If I buy an adapter do I have to hage a keyboard and mouse plugged into it? I only want it to help with my controller

Also does it have to havw the sensitivity max? How do people get used to playing with it set that high?

Welcome to the community. XIM APEX is a mouse and keyboard adapter. But, it also support cross console controller use (such as using an Xbox Elite controller on a PS4). Concerning your question, I'm not exactly sure what you mean about helping with your controller. Can you elaborate?

Hi,

Sorry about the vague question,

I thoight that the adapter provided a better level of aim assist for you ans that it could he applied to the controller to improve your gameplay rather than having to use a keyboard or mouse

No, XIM doesn't change anything about the game's built in aim mechanics. It still runs within the limitations of the standard controller (such as maximum turn speed).
