What do I do again to pair my xim to a different phone? I have Bluetooth on but nothings happening

You didn't mention which XIM you're using but assuming that you're using APEX, close Manager on the other phone if it's in the area then open Manager on the new phone. While the connecting screen is shown press the XIM button.

Oh my bad I have XIM4 I use it on my old phone but I have the app on my new iPhone and my Bluetooth is on but won’t connect to it

Oh, if using XIM4 with iOS the instructions are the same. It's good to know that it works with another phone now.

I would use these steps next.

Verify other phone's bluetooth is disabled
Close Manager on iPhone
Unplug APEX
Reboot phone
Verify bluetooth is enabled
Verify airplane mode is disabled
Connect APEX to console
Open Manager and press the XIM button while the connect screen is up
Verify a cyan and green flash shows when pressing XIM's button
