My Xim wonít connect to my phone

I recently got a xim apex for my birthday and Iím having trouble setting it up. Iíve set it up correctly, the red light is showing up and everything. However, when I try to connect it to my phone via the manager app, it fails to connect. Whatís going on?

You have android? Make sure you're  location is on and blur tooth and on the xim for the first time connecting  a phone you post to hold the button down why plugged in the xbox or tap the button I cant remember lol been so long.. try it.

Hi after last security patch about 10 days ago my phone has to be restarted to connect. after other previous patches, I have had this happen for a few weeks then it gets fixed. I used to be able to clear the bluetooth cache and it would work but I have not found a way to do it with android 10. but restart your phone will work.
