Yes i tried 2 different cables and they all had the same effect, not connecting to xim apex

I tried it out? I held the ps button on the nav till it disconnects but after trying so many times trying to connect it to the XIM i just gave up, i dont know why it wont pair with the XIM Apex.
Try different cable

Because you've tried other more common fixes you could try using a power adapter next. There was another user with the same issue right before you. To sum it up their nav is fully charged, works with their console but isn't recognized by XIM. Adding a power adapter allowed the nav to be recognized and used by XIM. Nav's have been out of production for years I believe, their batteries are old at this point. If your nav battery becomes a problem there should be video tutorials on youtube on how to replace it.

A popular choice is the Atolla 5V 3A 3.5mm x 1.35mm power adapter. The APEX hub requires this spec:

5V 3A power adapter  ([3.5mm x 1.35mm], center-positive)

You don't need a charger for the Navi. It's usually a bad cable , buy a better quality and shorter cable and throw away the one that came with your navi. The mouse and Navi plug in reverse to the online tutorial. Navi in 1 mouse in 2.  You can use a powered USB hub as well on input 1 might help. Also you don't want the cable to be too long or there will be too much voltage drop. Use a short one.
