I have been an active xim user for a long time now! I've bought every product since the Xim 3. I play almost every day and always use my Xim apex because I'm absolutely in love with the product. However, recently i tried plugging my Xim Apex in and it wouldn't light up, my PS4 doesn't detect it and neither does my xim app. It is completely dead, it worked perfectly the day prior. Is there any way to fix this? Sadly I am unable to buy a new one as I was laid off due to coronavirus.

Welcome to the community and I'm sorry to hear about that. Does XIM turn on if connected to a PC? If it doesn't then it may need repair. To request a repair please use the appropriate link below.
