Thread/Message edit permissions.

I think the idea to remove the ability to edit threads and messages after certain periods is currently horrendous. I have to constantly reply to push out updates to configurations, messages you cannot edit after certain period whether that be if you refresh thread you lose ability to edit replies or a time period.

Sorry about that. It was done because of rampant spam. We are looking into allowing it after a certain post count (for example, you'd have enough). We are trying to find out the best way to do that.
