[ACTIVE] Xim Apex not powering the hub

Just got a Xim Apex and when I connect the hub to it, the hub does not light up. When I plug the hub into my pc it lights up and I can connect my mouse and keyboard and it works just fine. If I plug just my mouse or keyboard to the apex it doesn't see it, if I just plug the controller in it does. Is there anything I can do to fix these issues?

Welcome to the community and thank you for doing those tests, that's exactly what we would have looked for to determine a hub failure. In the short term, you may be able to fix this by using another console port and verifying APEX is fully inserted, using a short extension or extra hub. This can happen when APEX isn't making good contact with the port it's using. Testing another console port could help, using a short USB extension between console and APEX or a hub between console and APEX may help as well. In any case, even if the extension or hub resolve the issue the APEX does need repair. If you would like to request a repair please use the appropriate link below.
